Job Description: We are looking for energetic Client Servicing Executives for our International B2B Media. The candidates will be responsible for building and maintain strong , long-lasting client relationships, Develop new business with Existing client and /or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

Candidate Profile:
The applicant should have excellent communication and convincing skills with learning attitude and ability to work under the challenging and innovative process. The candidate should have the attribute to develop the required skill set to handle the complete process beginning from identifying and sourcing the prospect to hosting the responsibility of service quality. We will be glade to find the element of good sense and sharpness with the aptness to perform under the team as well as an individual in them.

Qualification:  Any Graduation

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  3. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Client needs and objectives
  5. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  6. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Skills Required:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  2. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account
  3. Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  4. Solid experience with CRM software
  5. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  6. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while
  7. Maintaining sharp attention to detail
  8. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

Shift Timings: 10 A.M to 7 P.M from Monday to Friday
Salary: 12k for freshers
Walk-in Timings: 1 P.M to 6 P.M
Work Location: Leo Marcom Pvt. Ltd. 301, 3rd Floor, Manbuhum Jade Towers, Raj Bhavan Road, Somajiguda, Hyderabad – 500082.
