Leo MarCom Pvt Ltd. is seeking results-oriented and performance-driven Social Media Executives and Managers to lead, execute, and optimize social media strategies across our global B2B media platforms.
This role is focused on planning, executing, and measuring high-impact social media campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement, lead generation, and measurable ROI. You will be responsible for managing paid and organic campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant channels, ensuring consistent growth in reach, subscribers, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads with a strong focus on ROI.
- Develop data-driven strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and subscribers.
- Generate qualified leads through social media campaigns and support B2B sales objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns continuously based on performance data and cost efficiency.
- Manage and grow presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, and relevant sales aggregator platforms.
- Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for creatives and campaign execution.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns in line with planned timelines and targets.
- Test different creatives, messaging, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
- Track competitor activity, trends, and platform updates to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain campaign reports, dashboards, and performance insights for management review.
Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in social media marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising roles.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.
- Proven ability to deliver target-oriented results including leads, clicks, and ROI-based outcomes.
- Experience managing B2B campaigns and lead generation funnels is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with sales aggregator platforms and digital campaign ecosystems.
- Excellent command of written English for ad copy, campaign messaging, and communication.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Performance-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
