Cancellation & Refund Policy

Leo MarCom Private Limited is a service oriented company thus we start working for you as soon as we receive an order confirmation and so request you to update us about any amendments or cancelation at the earliest possible, Cancellation of Services and refund or Waiver is Possible under following conditions:

1. If non of the Services are used prior to cancellation. 
2. 100% waiver or refund will be applicable if cancellation is requested within the 7 days of booking.
3. Cancellations between 7 days to 30 days of booking will incur a 33% of the Order Value as charges applicable on Cancellation.
4. Post 30 days 70% of the Order Value will be applicable as Cancellation Charges.
5. The contract cannot be cancelled and 100% charges will be applicable if any of the services are used.

Note*: Any cancellation request will be considered only if it is send in writing through post or email, we do not consider or process cancellation over a Voice Conversation / Phone, Messages or WhatsApp, So please send us an email to your account manager or sales person you was in communication with or to receivable@leomarcom.com in order in order to Initiate the Cancellation Process. Cancellation requests submitted by any other means will not be honored or processed.

Any dispute or difference arising out of or relating to an agreement shall be resolved by the Parties in an amicable way. (A minimum of 60 days shall be used for resolving the dispute in amicable way before same can be referred to arbitration). In case no settlement can be reached through negotiations, all disputes, controversies or differences shall be referred to and finally resolved by the arbitration administered in India or Court of Law in India.
