International Media Sales Executive for Online Advertising

Leo MarCom Pvt Ltd. is looking for a proactive and results-driven International Media Sales Executive for Online Advertising Services to support and grow digital advertising revenues across our global B2B media platforms.

In this role, you will promote and sell digital and print advertising solutions across industry-focused magazines and websites to international clients. You will work closely with senior sales managers, engage with global advertisers, and manage the complete sales process—from prospecting and pitching to closing and post-sale coordination.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills, a good understanding of digital media services, and the ability to manage email-based sales conversations and client enquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and connect with potential international clients and advertisers.
  • Handle inbound enquiries and respond promptly with relevant advertising solutions.
  • Promote and sell online advertising solutions including banners, sponsored content, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Communicate with clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings to understand requirements and propose suitable packages.
  • Upsell and cross-sell advertising services based on client needs and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain and update client interactions, leads, and deal progress in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal editorial, marketing, and operations teams for campaign execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with international clients and agencies.

Candidate Profile

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B media sales, online advertising sales, inside sales, or international sales.
  • Strong command of written and verbal English, especially for email communication.
  • Ability to handle email-based sales conversations, proposals, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Good understanding of digital advertising, content platforms, and online media services.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple client conversations and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in international sales.

Educational Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
