Leo MarCom Pvt Ltd. is looking for a proactive and research-driven Content Researcher and Writer for Hyderabad to identify, develop, and produce high-quality news articles, industry updates, and interviews across our global B2B media platforms.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong research and writing skills who can consistently source relevant business news, analyze industry trends, and convert information into clear, accurate, and engaging content. You will also be responsible for identifying key industry voices and conducting interviews to create insightful and original content for our professional audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and source the latest global business news, industry trends, and corporate developments across multiple sectors.
- Identify high-impact stories, trending topics, and relevant updates for publication.
- Write well-structured, accurate, and engaging news articles, blogs, and industry insights.
- Conduct background research using credible sources such as reports, press releases, company announcements, and official statements.
- Identify industry experts, company representatives, and stakeholders for interviews.
- Conduct and coordinate interviews (email, virtual, or written formats) and develop them into publishable content.
- Ensure all content maintains factual accuracy, clarity, and editorial quality.
- Collaborate with editorial and SEO teams to optimize content for visibility and reach.
- Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and editorial guidelines across all content.
- Track multiple topics and assignments while meeting deadlines and publishing schedules.
Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in content research, business writing, journalism, or blog writing.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify credible sources and relevant information quickly.
- Excellent command of written English with strong grammar, structure, and clarity.
- Ability to convert complex information into simple, reader-friendly content.
- Interest in global business news, industry trends, and corporate developments.
- Confidence in conducting interviews and communicating with industry professionals.
- Familiarity with digital publishing workflows and editorial standards.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization is an advantage.
- Highly organized, curious, and deadline-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content assignments efficiently.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, English Literature, Mass Communication, or a related field.
