Leo Marcom is hiring an Advertising Solutions Executive to support and grow international business for our B2B media brands.
We are looking for an energetic, motivated sales professional with 1–4 years of experience who can promote and sell our range of advertising solutions—digital, print, lead generation, email marketing, newsletters, podcasts, and more—to clients across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving international advertising sales for digital and print platforms.
- Research, identify, and reach out to potential clients across global regions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising packages.
- Support in pitching, proposal preparation, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, agencies, and industry partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client servicing.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B media, advertising, inside sales, or international sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and handle client conversations confidently.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Passion for sales with a global mindset.
