Advertising Solutions Manager – Global Markets







Leo Marcom is hiring a Manager for Global markets to drive international business for our B2B media brands.

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented sales professional who can promote and sell our complete range of advertising solutions—digital, print, lead generation, email marketing, newsletters, podcasts, and more—to clients across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive international advertising sales for digital and print platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
  • Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for assigned markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign delivery and client servicing.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B media, advertising, or international sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for sales and business development with a global approach.
