Leo MarCom Pvt Ltd. is looking for a sharp, research-driven Business News Researcher and Blog Writer to join our editorial team and contribute high-quality news articles, blogs and industry insights across our global Business media platforms.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in journalism or English literature who are passionate about business news, research, and storytelling. You will be responsible for tracking global business developments, researching industry trends, and producing well-structured, fact-based content tailored for a professional readership.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and track global and regional business news, industry developments, and corporate updates.
- Write original, accurate, and well-researched news articles, blogs, and industry insights.
- Source information from credible reports, company announcements, press releases, and official statements.
- Ensure factual accuracy, clarity, and journalistic integrity in all published content.
- Structure content to be clear, engaging, and relevant for Business audiences.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain high editorial standards.
- Collaborate with editors, SEO, and digital teams to optimize content reach and visibility.
- Maintain consistency with brand voice, editorial guidelines, and publishing schedules.
- Update and refine existing articles as new information becomes available.
- Manage multiple research and writing assignments while meeting deadlines.
Candidate Profile
- 0 – 5 years of experience in business journalism, news writing, research writing, or blog writing for B2B Print Magazine and Blogs.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze and interpret business information.
- Excellent command of written English with strong grammar, structure, and clarity.
- Ability to write concise, factual, and reader-focused business content.
- Familiarity with digital publishing workflows and editorial standards.
- Basic understanding of SEO and online content best practices is an advantage.
- Highly detail-oriented, curious, and deadline-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with editorial teams.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, English Literature, Mass Communication, or a related field.

- Compensation: ₹3.5 Lakhs to ₹4.5 Lakhs per annum + performance-based incentive
