Leo MarCom Pvt Ltd. is seeking energetic, performance-driven Digital and Print Advertising Sales Executives for International Business Operations to support and grow advertising revenues across our global Business media platforms.
In this role, you will promote and sell digital and print advertising solutions across industry-focused magazines and websites to international clients. You will work closely with senior sales managers, engage with global advertisers, and manage the complete sales process—from prospecting and pitching to closing and post-sale coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with international clients, marketing managers, and decision-makers through emails, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Promote and sell digital and print advertising solutions across assigned magazines and websites.
- Identify and research potential advertisers across global regions.
- Support the complete sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Understand client objectives and recommend suitable advertising packages and media solutions.
- Coordinate with internal editorial, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with assigned revenue targets.
- Track market trends, client activity, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure timely client communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- 3 – 7 years of experience in Business media sales, advertising sales, inside sales, or international sales.
- Strong English communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident in client interactions, presentations, and negotiations.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
- Ability to learn advertising products and international markets quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
