About the Role
Leo MarCom Pvt Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Content Writer and Editor to support editorial operations across global B2B media platforms, working within a content workflow that uses AI tools from sourcing through to publishing.
The role involves researching industry developments using both traditional and AI-powered research methods, writing business-focused content, editing articles for quality and accuracy, and assisting the editorial team in maintaining publishing standards across multiple websites.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and track global business news, market trends, and industry developments using AI-powered research and monitoring tools alongside traditional sources
- Use AI writing tools to accelerate first drafts and structure content, then apply editorial judgment to refine accuracy, tone, and originality
- Write clear, engaging, and well-structured news articles, blogs, and website content
- Edit and proofread content — combining AI grammar and style tools with manual review — to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and editorial quality
- Fact-check and verify AI-assisted content against press releases, company announcements, reports, and verified industry sources
- Assist in rewriting and refining articles, including AI-generated drafts, to align with publication standards and tone
- Apply AI-powered SEO tools to optimize headlines, keywords, meta content, and on-page structure for search visibility
- Coordinate with editorial and SEO teams to align AI-assisted content with performance and visibility goals
- Support content publishing and daily editorial operations using CMS platforms and AI-enabled publishing tools across multiple digital sites
- Ensure all content, whether human-written or AI-assisted, follows editorial guidelines, formatting standards, and publishing schedules
- Monitor content updates and use AI tools to help maintain website content quality and consistency
- Manage multiple assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines, using AI tools to prioritize and streamline recurring editorial tasks
Candidate Profile
- Strong interest in content writing, editing, journalism, and digital publishing
- Excellent command of written English with strong grammar, vocabulary, and proofreading skills
- Working knowledge of, or strong interest in learning, AI content tools for research, drafting, editing, and SEO
- Ability to write clear, effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and originality
- Ability to research and understand business and industry-related topics quickly
- Attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct inconsistencies in both human-written and AI-assisted content
- Basic understanding of SEO, online publishing, and content formatting is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Quick learner with a proactive, professional attitude and a willingness to adopt new AI tools as workflows evolve
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, English Literature, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
