Leo MarCom Pvt Ltd. is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Online Sales Executive to manage inbound enquiries, client communications, and online sales operations across our global Business media platforms.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills, a good understanding of digital content and services, and the ability to manage email-based sales conversations efficiently. You will play a key role in handling enquiries, responding to client requests, upselling services, and ensuring smooth coordination through CRM and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries from global clients via email, CRM and online channels.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on all client queries to ensure timely and professional responses.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable content, advertising, or media services.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services based on client needs and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, conversations, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal content, editorial, and operations teams for service delivery.
- Manage basic content-related requests and service coordination as required.
- Track email communications, response timelines, and conversion status.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through clear communication and follow-ups.
- Meet assigned response, conversion, and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
- 0 – 4 years of experience in online sales, inside sales, customer support, or Business service management.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of digital content, media services, or online products.
- Quick and professional in handling email-based client responses.
- Highly organized with strong email tracking and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and internal dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and email marketing tools will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).

- Compensation: ₹2.5 Lakhs to ₹4 Lakhs per annum + performance-based incentives
